I’ve been expressing my love of nature through art since childhood. Anything from the undeniably beautiful lilacs outside my studio, to the rich, muddy colors of a frog compel me to document fine details and capture the emotion it provokes in me. Although I play in an ever-growing list of mediums, ceramics has been my passion for over a decade. The forms and techniques I use vary greatly because I allow my curiosity to guide my creative process. It’s not common for me to remake a design, so every piece I make started with a spark of creative joy. I hope you can feel that joy when you hold my pottery in your hands.
